This treatment is for (professional) sporters. Care for your mobility, prevention of injuries. Skeletal pain, sprain, injuries, The treatment is aimed at aligning you physically and mentally. And to support you with (surgical) recovery. You will gain back strength and flexibility. And are ready to deliver top performance! ~A surcharge of €15 applies for scar tissue treatment. You receive 15 minutes extra treatment time. ~A surcharge of €15 euro applies for herbal consultation and includes herbal formula (pills) for one week. ~The consultation for new clients has a one-off cost of €50

What to expect?

• 1.The first appointment starts with a consultation followed up with acupuncture. We will adress your main health complaint, food habits and lifestyle. The consultation has a one-off cost. If you have the 'aanvullende verzekering voor alternatieve geneeswijze' you could get part of the invoice reimbursed.
• 2.Tongue and pulse diagnosis. This is a classic method in Traditional Chinese Medicine to measure imbalance. It's very different from the Western method. Could be interesting to hear from the Chinese point of view.
• 3.Selecting acupuncture points. Each point has multiple therapeutic or local effects that restore balance of body and mind.
• 4.Fine (sterile disposable) needles are inserted in the body. If needed, moxa-therapy will be applied in combination with acupuncture. Moxa is a traditional herbal application made of dried compressed mugwort. It is widely used in TCM and well known for its' healing purposes. In modern times usage of a moxa lamp is more common. Because the lamp radiates warmth it's a very relaxing experience.
